My experience began as a CRM project manager, then as a data analyst in social media, and as an international project manager working with SCRUM methodology. My last experience was as a product marketing manager.

Agendize develops easy-to-use online appointment scheduling software. It is deploying through North America, Latin America and Europe thanks to over 150 resellers. It is today used by over 100K users.

Brought Agendize to the next level as the most adjustable software for resellers.
+ Created and lead the 3-people department. Positioned it as a hub increasing mutualization within the 4-location company.
+ Built consumers knowledge through data, research and surveys. Provided quantitative and qualitative goal-oriented insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Empowered the consumer-centric company culture transformation.
+ Adjusted the product positioning to the new strategy. Communicated it internally and externally ensuring the product is competitive and attractive.

Supported the roles of Product Manager & Product Marketing Manager from October 2016 to January 2016, team leader of 5 people.

INTERLACED is a brand new startup that is bridging the gap between entrepreneurs, corporations & consumers, academia for the next wave of fashion.

Through insightful events, industry reports, educational activities and news content, INTERLACED bridges the gap between the industry, academia and the wider public by bringing them together and acting as a catalyst for consumer adoption of smart fashion.

The first event, INTERLACED 2015, happened on September 3rd,2015. It was a meeting of around 200 minds, talents, creators and innovators shaping the future of fashion through technology. The programme aimed to inspire, educate, communicate and showcase the latest developments in fashion and technology of English pionneer of the industry like Cutecircuit, Moritz Waldemeyer, Wonderluk and Ada + Nik.

+ Supported the international development of the start-up and its actions.
+ Consulted on the strategy to adopt and the actions to take.
+ Communicated about the start-up evolution, events and successes around me.
+ Leverage the network.

Rolled out in 4 markets of the Groupe: Italy, Romania, Poland, and Germany.

Released the new web and mobile software version.
+ Supported the day-to-day product management of over 40 releases. Analyzed consumers needs. Designed user experience. Wrote business requirements for technical teams. Managed translations. Tested and release the developments.
