+ Created and lead the 3-people department. Positioned it as a hub increasing mutualization within the 4-location company.
+ Built consumers knowledge through data, research and surveys. Provided quantitative and qualitative goal-oriented insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Empowered the consumer-centric company culture transformation.
+ Adjusted the product positioning to the new strategy. Communicated it internally and externally ensuring the product is competitive and attractive.

Supported the roles of Product Manager & Product Marketing Manager from October 2016 to January 2016, team leader of 5 people.
